We almost gave up after filling out 2 full orders only to get the message that the restaurants in question did not deliver deliver to the Address of the AirBnB where We are staying - in spite of the fact that these restaurants were listed as available for ordering from our Location. Expecting to Daily again, I Tried one last time with Wagamama. The order went through
The driver arrived 5 min. Early with a very delicious delivery from Wagama

I ordered food with a 40-45min waiting time. When 45min had gone by, the app kept changing the delivery time with 10min... in the end, I was waiting more than 1,5 hours for the food. I could see in the app, that the food was ready to be picked up at the restaurant, but no driver picked it up for almost 35min.... so I called customer service, and a rude lady just told me, they had no drivers for me. So what must I do? Just keep waiting to get my cold and old food.... worst service!

I tried really hard for a few weeks but everytime huge delays, driver cant find location food is cold and soggy when it arrives. They are full of bad excuses rather than fixing their problems. I move on to uber eats and see if this will work out.

They called me today a week after this order which was a bit late but still it was the only fault - the order was great!
However they offered me to come by with a gift - great service and what type of marketing - hopefully you’ll beat Glovo and the major dinosaurios Just-Eat this way!!
