Poor overall experience for an industry leader

Very chunky navigation, discovery is cumbersome. It feels like a journey full of dead ends. Embed video player is very poor: video doesn’t flip, reproduction starts from the beginning if you switch to desktop or other device.

Slow

I love the concept of the app and it works well as a website on my laptop. The app for my iPhone is horrendous, however… Everything loads so slow and no, it’s not my internet connection, things load just fine on any other app like Twitter or Instagram. When I click on one of the creators that I support it takes forever to load onto their page. God forbid I click on a tag on the content they post, it will practically never finish loading. Disappointed that the app performs so poorly.

Boycott this bad unethical business. No one responds if you have an issue. They are only good at stealing peoples money.

Missing content

I overall like this app but after moving to a higher tier on one of my Patreon subscriptions (top tier We Hate Movies) I am still not getting the content that the tier gives access to. I have talked to the WHM guys and they were really nice but couldn’t help. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. I hope someone at Patreon can help.

Needs chromecasting..

The idea itself is great. But im so disappointed that I still cant connect the videos to chromecast. This is the only reason i dont use this app that much. And i know several others who feel the same way.. it’s a shame. The app team got the suggestion over 2 years ago but they don’t seem to care.

Horrible app

Horrible app. Honestly, it’s mostly fine - but I’ve experienced 4-5 times now where my downloaded podcast for some reason are removed which means having to find them again and redownload. Am very closed to deleting the app and just use the browser

But, the app lacks on functions, according to the webpage, it’s difficult to find it all here in the app. Could be better designed.

Not as good as the web version

There are a lot of things in comments that doesn’t work. And other small features, that works perfect on the web version but no the app.
