Messy app
Normally Germany has its things in control.
But this app is to messy and so is their website.
When you try to login with your booking number it tells that the booking could not be found.
It is also really complicated to get to the check in.
I am happy that I’m not a senior, they would definitely give up.
It takes too much time to use.
Not a very good app.

App is in German
Most of the app is in German, if this app could be translated into English, I’ll be very happy.
For me this app is useless in German, because I don’t understand German.
I hope that this issue would be fixed.

Useless app
If there was an award for an app that serves absolutely no purpose, this would have won its third yearly award in a row.
Every time I tried to online check-in it said that I would have to check in at the airport counter. Wow - what a useful app to have, huh?

Needs improvement
Makes it easier to check in, but since you still can't insert your frequent flyer card because the input field is greyed out, you still have to go to check in counter.
Make it work please.
