With Skånetrafiken’s new app, you can buy tickets and search for journeys quickly and easily. The app works for journeys within Skåne, and for journeys to and from Denmark. The app includes our new zones, tickets, and discounts for travelling within Skåne.
With the app, you can:
- Buy single, 24 hour, and 30 day tickets (one month travel cards).
- Log into My Account to protect your tickets with our lost ticket guarantee if you lose your phone. If you’re logged in, you can also lend your active 30 day tickets to others.
- Find the quickest route on a map, and view the entire journey from door to door.
- Save favourites, and quickly search for new journeys.
- Get up-to-date information about disruptions.
- Get new discounts. Children, young people and students get discounts on all tickets within Skåne. When travelling to Denmark, children get discounted single tickets, and students get discounted 30 day tickets.
Skånetrafiken’s new app is constantly developing, and more services will be added in the future, for instance buying tickets for journeys to other counties.
Payments are made with cards issued by Mastercard or Visa, or with invoices from Swedbank Pay. You can also get email receipts of your purchases.
In the latest versions of the app, we ask for access to your phone book, so that you can lend tickets to others more easily by choosing a contact in your phone book.

Vi skulle til Lund C men af en eller anden grund så da vi købte billetten så fik vi den ikke. Den var valideret med nem id og pengene var reserveret på kortet, så der røg 350kr ud af vinduet

It’s not even work for creating the account by phone number. And there is only one way to create the profile. No profile no ticket .. so the application could be useless.

Helt uduelig! Jeg prøvede at købe en billet til et par dage frem, men fik så købt en billet til samme dag, og der var ingen måde at ændre det på. Penge lige ud ad vinduet.
Difficult to check if you booked the right date+time

I wanted to book a ticket in two days time in about 70 hours time. I booked and paided. But on the ticket it is not possible to see want time I depart, which train number I will travel with and in general to check if I booked the right date+time. But want I can get information about the the time right now (?) and that something will happend in 17 hours(?)

Only verification method is through sms, that for some reason doesn’t come through. There’s no backup, you can’t verify via email or through google etc. So the app is useless to me.

Det har nu i 6 uger ikke været muligt at tilkøbe 1st klasse på en 30 dages Øresundsbillet på trods af gentagne forsikringer om at det kommer til at fungere inden for et par dage. Uacceptabel ventetid.(toget er fyldt og det er ikke muligt at arbejde hvis jeg ikke har 1 klasse, hvorfor jeg er nødsaget til at køre bil da der ellers er for meget spildtid)
