A manager can receive push notification and take action anytime, anywhere:

Good app.. But…
It would be SO nice with a version compatible with iPad.

App lacks a lot of features

Besides the availability to see who is currently on vacation and take vacation yourself, there isn’t much usage of the app. This is a shame since the web UI is great.
Added after developer review:
The top features i am missing:
* organizational chart
* View/write performance review
Btw, great to see developers responding to customer reviews. The web ui is great, so look forward to also have similar features in the app.
