From good to bad

I have used this service for an number of years. Originally it was really good, but within the last couple of years the countries serviced has decreased. I.e you have a decresaingly number of countries where they have a server. Also they have problems with geo. I.e even when using their service app’s can see your not in their country. And bandwith is getting worse. Have to login to an app every 60 sec just to see my program.

not connecting

Ever since the start of my latest subscription I have had a really hard time connecting. Even when it is not connected it is impossible for me to use the internet. I will go on giving one star until this is fixed.
