Unable to save data

It would be a help to have passport information stored in the app so it is easy to check-in online. Every time I have to find my passport and confirm the information instead I could just confirm that I have not got a new passport.

You Can not get your reservation/booking added - it just say Sorry... really frustrating when you need to see your boarding pass..

Usless

The electronic boarding card showed only the last name so I was sent by airport security to talk with the airline staff. Had to wait at another line, the staff just said it happens sometimes and printed the tickets and sent me back to the line I had just benn at. Horrible experience especially when you have an international flight. The app is useless and the staff not helpfull

Me and my wife flying overseas 11 hours with sets apart from each other. How difficult can it be to be seated next to each other when we are checking in 8 hours before departure

When travelling with American Airlines through British Airways, you can’t check in properly, Always strugling to get boarding passes and select seats

mobile number and passport

The check in does not accept my danish mobile number.

In addition BA do not store your passport number under your profile.

Opkræver penge for ALT

Pinligt at I placerer rejsende væk fra hinanden for så at opkræve 600kr. for at skifte pladser, så man kan sidde sammen.. Bare ikke godt nok Ryan Air copycats..

Passport details

In general the BA App is good and the service on the flights are great. But it is a constant irritation that I have to insert passport details on every flight. BA has the information and the purpose of the app must be to make the customer experience great and smooth.

Online chekin was possible, but barely better than just using their homepage. But the sweet wallet ticket doesn’t work:( heck even easyJet’s app has figured this out. A shame. Nice overview of itinerary.

Airberlin app fungerer langt bedre

Det er irriterende at den ikke gemmer min pas data når de er tastet ind en gang. Og også træls at appen ikke selv kan min booking fra gang til gang når alle data er opdaterede. Hvis ikke man taster booking nr kommer man ingen vegne. Så istedet for at checke ind på to minutter som hos airberlin tager det god hukommelse og en masse indtastninger at checke ind på BA app.

Booking process works unsatisfactory in the app. Had eventually to use the website in order to complete my booking. Really complicated.

Have a 30% successrate on mobile check-in so its close to useless. Other airlines seem to have solved mobile apps years ago.

Ok but... Have to push yes to add my fr.flyer card

The app works well and as it should. But why do I have to add my frequent flyer card each time? It is a yes or no question each time. So no big deal but would answer no to that question?!? I sometimes forget to add my card and perhaps that is the real reason for BA to add that question ? So we will forget sometimes and they don't have to add the miles?!

Could not change seat

Tried many times to change seats both online and by the iphoneapp for my long haul flight from Rio to London. The option wasn't there. I called BA and they couldn't help either.

Remote check-in not always possible

This app could be a waste of time because British Airways don't allow remote check-in on all flights.
