Keeps Crashing
Even After iPhone reboot, several re-installations of the app. Nothing works.
I cant get the app to work at all. Used to work with no issues ?

Check in quickly and simply and save your boarding pass in the app to use it offline. If you use an iPhone, you can also save your boarding pass in the Apple Wallet app.
*** TRAVEL ASSISTANT ***
As the ideal travelling companion, the personal Travel Assistant shows you all the important information about your flight in compact form on one page. You will also receive direct notification of any information updates, such as boarding gate changes, via push message.
*** SIRI SHORTCUT ***
The Lufthansa app now also makes all the information relevant to your flight available as a Siri shortcut, for example your flight status, the time remaining until boarding and your boarding pass.
*** FLIGHT STATUS and PUSH MESSAGES ***
You can request arrival and departure information on all direct Lufthansa flights and have updated information on the status of your flight sent directly to your smartphone via a push message – simply activate “Local information” in your message settings.

Log into the app and you always have your account balance available, as well as the benefits of the app’s customised functions. You can directly access your service card and use it for check-in and access to the lounges at the airport.

Can't find a way to change to english and very slow app. It keeps saying lost connection, when I try to find my booking. I have no issues on my end so it must be at lufthansas end

The not now option in start up screen disappeared. That is annoying as I have no interest in creating a account with every app in the world.

Not really an app
It’s a mobile website wrapped in an app package with none of the benefits from an app.
The back navigation controls don’t always work and sometimes they just take all the way back to the start. Forcing you to start all over.
With an incredible slow website, it’s really painstakingly frustrating trying to use the their services. And it’s not storing any details on the phone for fast or offline viewing.
Just seeing the details for your booking takes two screen loads, the first about 10secs, the next about 20 secs even on a high speed connection, every single time.
The slow navigations gets repeated after the 20min inactivity logout where it again forces you to start over

Need to create account to start the app
Who knows maybe it’s a great app but you are forced create an account just to start the app!
I want to see and try the app before going through a registration process (with draconian password rules).
Actually I just want to check in and download boarding pass. I shouldn’t have to create an account for that.

Dies not work
Can’t register. Can’t selvet the different fields. The home page is as bad. I am sometimes lucky to be able to log in with my surinamer and ref. code. Hope it works out the day I need my tickets.

Dear Lufthansa,
Why do you force people to register to use the app???
When opening the app at first you can skip registration but then if you do not accept notifications and only allow location tracking when using the app you then require users to sign up...???
In fact after updating the permissions the “Skip signup” button disappears...
Please reconsider this strategy - I want the service without you forcing me and others to accept everything you throw at us...

Seriously. UX just stinks and the most simple tasks are a pain. Try only if you’re super patient. Otherwise you might loose your temper and break something.

One of the worst airline apps
Don’t really know where to start...
Performance: every single time I try to enter to the bookings list I receive error message. The app is slow, irritates waiting to open the menu pages. Miles and more page: I was lucky to get into that page once!
My flights are not automatically synced if I buy not from the app. Every single time I have to add it to the app. Why? I provide the same email as my account. Just link it...
Miles and more: how that works? I have no clue, make sure that your end-users wouldn’t need even to bother. Do i have to claim my previous flights? Well.. it’s still a mystic, even that I’m flying pretty often with Lufhansa (not really happy anout that, but have no other choice).
Do some research please, try to figure out what end-user needs are and focus on that... you have potential, but you are far away from having a decent app. Do some competitor analysis, try to play around with British airways app (that’s one of the best airlines app in regards of usability, connectivity and reliability)

Aborted before starting...
Wanted to have my LH booking on the phone, but during the register process it becomes apparent that there is NO way of registering without also giving conscent to be spammed with commercials via mail and even phone. Thank you, but no thank you. Deleting app right away. It was my only 120 secs with Lufthansa....

When it works, it works!!
I do agree that you have to keep logging in. If your app is open - it logs you out! Due to “safety!” Come on Lufthansa, it’s MY phone... All other airlines has worked this out.
Also your flights are not shown automatically. You’ll have to enter ref. code.
New design? That is really not important!

Terrible app
It doesnt store your frequent flyer details and in general you need to type in the same data way too many times. Really poor job !
Furthermore creating an account is bothersome because of the way too strict password requirements.

It’s very Lufthansa. Awkward to navigate and you need to keep entering the same data again and again. If you check in using the app and show your boarding pass, they are not automatically added to the menu function ‘boarding pass’. No, you have to start afresh there. Stupid Lufthansa.

It's so slow, that it can't open
I've had problems with the app before, because it was so slow. Then I got the update and it got even worse! I can't open the app anymore, because either I have to wait 10+ minutes to get it opened or my phone crashes. But when you get the app opened it's really good. Almost as good as the webpage. But fix the problem with the slowness please!
