An old friend seems a bit battered

I've been using the Kobo app for several years now. This latest version makes it very difficult to highlight or create notes, because the highlight keeps disappearing or moving to another place entirely. The dictionary doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. App support from within the app is non-existent. Still, I need my Kobo app, because I like buying from Kobo.

Forget about the audiobooks, they require you to sign up with a credit card and then their subscriptions page is not available.
No way to cancel it.
Deactivated my account: app says subscription still active.

The Reading funktion is okay, but the downloadning process is not. Have to do it more than once to get the cover and have other difficulties, which are not so easy to explain.

I have used this application for a few months and I really like it :)
The thing that won me over was that I could buy the book I needed, which I was not able to do on Amazon Kindle. Many of their books was restricted to use and buy in the UK only.
I would definitely recommend Kobo to you :)
