I really like this app and use it a lot to keep track of my readings and wishlist.
But I sure wish it were possible to have a setting that only showed you books in certain chosen languages. It takes way to much effort to find the wanted edition/language when going through the list, especially with popular books that were translates into many languages. And how about a setting for audio books, too? With an option to rate the voice actor.

I really recommend this website for everyone, who loves reading books and wanting to keep a track of their books. And plus get to connect with so many people who loves the same books as you do. And get to see other people’s opinions on the same books. You can even write reviews on the books you read, so others can use them as a guide before the pick a book. My all time favorite website.

Goodreads is my hope for social media. You don’t have to connect to anyone if you don’t want, and this is where my love for books falls perfectly. The app is a great place to get recommendations, update your progress, see what friends are reading, and read book reviews of things you might already be interested. Move over, facebook and instagram!

Suddenly goodreads stops audio playback from other apps, as if the goodreads app is playing audio. My bet is that it's the ads.
I have only one word for this : STOP!
I can accept ads, even though I, and many others, have requested an ad free version of the app. But DON'T be annoying with sounds or animations in the ads. Just STOP!

Have loved this app for years, but it hasn’t worked on my phone for half a year. Although online in all other contexts, the app says it “requires internet connection”. And logs me off. Works very well by kindle and iPad. Have recently changed phone - same problem. I had an iphone 6 previously - this is an iphone 8

I haven't fully gotten to know just what goodreads can do for me but let's just say that it's one of my top /favorite apps regardless! In this case I love that the app gathers more and more info on my preferred reads and therefore quickly makes it so deliciously easy to find what book i Will enjoy most likely. And the more I take time to rate the books I've read, the more qualified the book recommendations - yeah :-)

En rigtig god app til at hylde styr på de bøger, man har læst, og de bøger man gerne vil læse.
Der er mange gode funktioner i app'en, bl.a. kan man:
- Rate og anmelde de bøger, man har læst.
- Se hvilke bøger ens venner har på sine hylder, og læse deres anmeldelser
- Få bog-anbefalinger på baggrund af bøgerne på sine hylder.
Derudover er der en rigtig god funktion - Scan-funktion - som kan bruges til at registrere de bøger, man har ved hånden. Man skanner bare stregkoderne på bøgerne, og kan så let tilføje dem sin virtuelle boghylde.
Alt i alt en super god app for bogelskere

It is an amazing app that any lover of books would want! You can either just keep track of your own reading but it is also a good list builder of books you would like. You can use it as a wishlist to give to others, you can dig deeper into the authors you like, you can invite friends or find like minded book lovers, participate book clubs or simply just keep your own track.
