App is great and i used it for a long time but decided to delete due to unfortunate heavy bias.
Especially in the israeli-palastinian conflict where bbc tries way way too often to balance and “both sides” the situation. I was way to clear that they wanted to diverge attention from unjust mass murder. Very unfortunate and i will not recommend this media any more.

The new version has been a significant degradation of the utility of this news service. I used to have most of the news that interested me in one page, but now “My news” is no longer loaded at start, and and “My News” is no longer a single page, but several pages where I have to click on every region to find out what has happened there.
OK, it is still a free service, so I have no right to complain, and BBC is still the best news service that I know. But the previous version was way better - except for the irritating ads that hovered above the news items and blocked them; that particular problem seems to have been resolved.

You have disapointed me as a non party member Brit Living abroad. I have a Close friend who Bet me that the reporting during the election would be biased . “Not the BBC Said I!”
Sadly....
The BBC , spearheaded by Laura Kunesbeurg was the epetimy of partiality throughout the last Election!!! Despite claims to the contrary , the BBC `s apparent “angst “ - fear of the tories - was very visable. My simple Attempt at an impartial monitering astounded me.The lengths of articles , depths of statements and focus were all primarily biased to the tories.
Toadying to any particular party is bad news for the BBC.
Todying to the current leadership of the country Will be the BBC´s nemesis !

They are also courageous, when f.i. adressing the plight of Rohingas, Murder By Salman or the totalitarian turn of China, presently the plight of the Uighurs. Only criticism, from a Danish perspective: Your daily coverage - in spite of the above mentioned praise - is heavily Anglo-Saxon. You underreport events and developments in Continental Europe, including the EU as a force of global significance.

Although I use the app pretty much every day, I sense a gradual decline in the overall quality and experience. Every time you play a video, there is an ad you can't skip, which makes me not want to see any videos on the app anymore. Any there are freaking small ad "traps" everywhere in the articles that constantly pop up when you accidentally touch them. Please make using this app a great news experience again, because right it's everything but.
