Dont take This app ore bravofly
We called and they could see there was double booked on the two names.
Of course, we shouldn't have to pay for that.
I just had to go to app and pull the nut and then you'd make sure.

Ingen mail til Kundeservice
Man kan ikke Kontakte Kundeservice. Ingen mail, men kan kun ringe, men der står ring ikke da vi ikke kan besvare dit opkald. Mit Fly er blevet aflyst , og der står at jeg vil refunderet med et gavekort. Jeg skal bare have mine penge tilbage.

Vores fly er blevet annulleret, men det er umuligt at få kontakt med dem og vi har ikke fået den forventede email.

Cancellations totally impossible
When you follow their directions and there are many...... you end at a page saying: “ Choose options below” but there are none. Then a number pops up you can call. There you hear an electronical voice for a looooooong time. At the end the advice is. Download the app and follow the directions aaaaaand here we go again🥶

Dont by tickets or anything trough this company. They are playing dirty. Paying some taxes that do not exits. Legally stealing money. Worst experience

Svindel og fup
Vi har købt flybilletter med fuld dækning. Min mand blev syg og vi afbestilte billetterne. Vi har sendt flere mail, men I svarer ikke. I skylder os 1250,kr.

Ikke optimale, men stadigvæk en god app
Det er ikke den optimale app.
Da de ikke har alle flyselskaber med i deres søgninger.
Så det giver jeg ikke en retvisende billede af billetter til rådighed.
F.eks. på Filippinerne har de ikke Cebu Pacific med ved flyvninger fra Manila til Dumaguete.
Og det er til trods de har flyselskabet med i deres apps.
Og til trods flere andre lignende apps har det med i deres søgninger.
