If you want to buy or rent a house, a flat or a room in Spain, Italy or Portugal, we have hundreds of thousands of offers in the best places on the Costa del Sol, Canary Islands, Mallorca, Ibiza, Barcelona, the Algarve, Tuscany, Rome, Porto or in that remote village where you can get away from it all.
• Save your favourite listings so that you can keep an eye on them.
• Create alerts for your searches and be the first to know about new listings.
• Filter results to match your search: size, number of rooms, price, etc.
• Contact advertisers directly via the chat available on the app.
• Draw your own search area, explore the map or search your surrounding area.
• See high quality photos, 3D photos and videos of the properties you like.

If you want to sell or rent your property in Spain, Italy and Portugal, you can upload listings for flats, houses, land, garages, commercial premises, shared flats or offices, including all the necessary information and up to 40 photos.
Tips and tricks:
• Remember that to search in a specific area, you have to type it in the search box as if you were searching on Google Maps.
• If you get few results, try modifying the filters or widening the search radius.
• If you are going to upload a property listing, take pictures with lots of care and attention. Low quality images receive less attention.
• If you think that something is missing, in the "About idealista" section you can leave us a comment in the "Problems or suggestions" section so that we can include it in future updates.

It works
I’ve seen myself navigating constantly though screens only to get edit a piece of text. When writing a message to property owners, I’ve seen myself missing an overview of who am I writing to, and the specs of the offer. On web did have that, but I’m missing that on mobile. Lots of little things were you could optimize to make a difference. The navigation on mobile too. The app for now works, and does the job.

A great app concerning renting and buying homes in Spain
I have finally found a good app with apartments and houses, for rent and to buy, in Spain!
It’s easy to use and have a lot of good opportunities , for example maps , where you can draw circles round the area , or the areas you’re interested in , and you’ll have an enormous amount of different places and prices to look at, listed in a few seconds!
And everything is very well documented in writing and with more than 40 pictures from each place.
Unlike a lot of other real estate companies in Spain, here they seem too show it all, inside as well as the surroundings!
And there’s also some different economic issues and countings for each of the different places , so that you can have an idea about the real price with all the costs.
I have seen several real estate agencies in Spain without any of these necessary counts you need , for example for your bank at home and so on.

Very nice and easy to use app.

App is good, but no service
Gives a good overview of properties for sale. Brilliant that you can draw the area on the map you are interested in. Also I like the oppotunity to comment, and the favorite part. But only 1 out of 10 agents will answer, if you send them a question/request. You are then asked a week later, if the agents ever answered. But when you answer that mail, their mailbox is full....
