Fails when you most need it
It’s a good app however when you need to send money the most (not on weekends, not on festive days, when both banks are open) they just decide to take hours to send your money even when you’ve paid for the fast transfer.

No copy paste
There is no facility in the app for copy/paste leaving the user to tediously rekey sort codes and account numbers between this app and their banking app to initiate a transfer.
