Not canceling
I canceled the subscription in July, and I got charged in August for some reason, so I removed my card from the account, but I got charged again on September. And when ever I try emailing the company they either don’t answer or don’t help at all.

The app doesn’t work
Every time I try to do something the buttons don’t even make a thing. I’ve been trying to get my eSIM back for almost 2 weeks now. Customer support is not helpful. And please stop telling me you updated the app cause it also doesn’t work after I updated everything.

Terrible service
Terrible service — it’s impossible to reach a customer support agent. The chatbot works horribly, and no one has been able to solve the issue for months. I was simply trying to switch to a new tariff plan, but I keep receiving the same SMS: “Dear subscriber, you are restricted to purchase this bundle. Please call customer care for more details.” The connection is awful. Don’t waste your time — just switch to another provider.

I am leaving a zero not because i am mad but because this app is terrible for managing and explaining what you are doing "wrong" and when i try to top up my data i get a text that i am restricted.
This app is totally unprofessional and i would advise to stay away from it!

Worthless schaîte!
Bought a prepaid SIM and recharged it with 100kr.
SIM has allowed me to connect to the network for about 15 min. total in the month, I've had it (The problem is not coverage, as it is measures fine).
In those few minutes I managed to get a 4 digit code sent by SMS(text) to authenticate the app.
And the app's shiyte! Half of it is simply the webpage lycamobile.dk, which it can't render correctly, thus blocking access to many functions. Like the webpage the app is in a mix of Danish, Dutch and English.
When I lost network connection, app wants to authenticate again, but I cant receive the 4 digit codes by SMS, and is thus locked out of the app.
When I try calling support, their automated system asks me to enter my Lycamobile phonenumber, which it then informs me it doesn't understand?
Trying their online chat support (in English) has also proven futile, as "resetting my profile" didn't help.
Outside (UK) business hours there's have an automated chat system (in poorly or machine translated Danish), which is as useless as the automated phone system: To authenticate it among other things asks which number you called last, but I never called anyone for obvious reasons, so again I'm locked out.
