You loose your rights to refunds directly from the flight carrier. Lost refunds twice. Great for looking for flights but make sure to buy the tickets from the carriers to avoid getting overcharged and loosing your refund rights.
Also, they might offer to contact them in the comment from the kiwi app store review, but they don’t bother to reply. Quite disappointed.

I booked a trip to Spain and then they cancelled one of the departures. I then asked for a refund but nothing happened. I have tried to contact them but it’s not possible :( I do not recommend them

Nogle af flyene er ændret så transit i lufthavnene ikke er muligt.
Jeg får besked om alternative muligheder, der koster dobbelt op af prisen i forhold til den oprindelige rejse.
Kiwi.com svarer ikke telefonen, og svarer ikke på mail.
Jeg bryder mig ikke ret godt om at blive taget så grundigt ved næsen. Hvis jeg aflyser rejsen får jeg kun refusion for de fly der er flyttet, resten går til kiwi.com. Hvis jeg accepterer et af de forslag kiwi.com foreslår koster det vores familie på 5 pers 18.000 dkr at flyve fra danmark til Italien 🙁
Note til mig selv: køb ALDRIG flybilletter ved kiwi.com

KIWI.com valgte at refundere halvdelen af beløbet på flybilletterne i form af en voucher, som kunne bruges inden 3 måneder- det skal lige siges at dette var i forbindelse med corona, så der var ingen mulighed overhovedet for at få brugt disse.
Da man ringede til deres nummer i DK for at få hjælp til aflysning i forbindelse med coronavirussen fik man fat i en kvinde fra Indonesien. Så dårlig service. Ikke anbefalelsesværdig!

Please do not buy it here! worst system ever!!! I canceled my trip bc one of the flights was canceled and to my surprise at the end, they didn't cancel and I lost my money...
They said that I didn't understand the method to do it... but look this... this was on their message: "We’re working on getting a refund for you and we’ll send it to you as soon as we receive it."
I just waited... thinking about the normal delay of a corona situation... but was the worst mistake, because they didn't make anything and now I lost my money!

Ved udrejse havde Kiwi.com stadig ikke sendt os vores boardingpas, hvilket resulterede i, at vi måtte betale 500 kr. for at komme med, selvom vi stod med billetterne i hånden! Vi ringede til Kiwi.com, men de kunne ikke gøre noget og anmodede om, at vi sendte vores kvitteringer til dem. Det gjorde vi så, og fik en standardmail tilbage om, at Kiwi.com ville tage stilling til refundering, men at der ville gå op til 90 dage..

Jeg har forsøgt gentagende gange at komme i kontakt med jer - da Udenrisministeret fraråder rejser til Spanien / hele verden. De har lukket grænserne. Derfor forsøger jeg at aflyse min billet - eller har klar en forventning om at modtage mail fra Jer om at min billet er annulleret - men høre intet fra Jer.
Ydermere sker der nu det at også Spanien lukker - men jeg modtager forsat intet fra jer.
Efter den oprindelig plan, skulle vi have fløjet imorgen kl 11.35- og flyver står stadigvæk til at afgå.
Vi vil gerne i kontakt for at aflyse vores fly grundet corona virus!

Sindssyg dårlig service, når man rejser som familie eller venner, får man ikke siddepladser siden af hinanden, man går jo ud fra når man Booker en flyrejse, at man kommer til at sidde siden af hinanden og jeg er ligeglad hvor jeg sidder i flyet. Mødte cirka 15 personer som havde med samme problem. F.eks. en familie med to børn som havde bestilt siddepladser sad fire forskellige steder i flyet :-(

They book You a return ticket and it is Your problem if the unused ticket becomes a problem with thecompany they book it at. if If I had know it was a Czech company I would’nt have booket my ticket through them.

Not a good Travel Agency to used, My bus was delayed and reported it right away to customer service so they can do something for me because I have a flight from Köln to Barcelona called like 8 times to ask for an alternative been told to wait for 4hours in the airport all 7 agent just said the same thing ( Wait for 4 hours for kiwi guarantee to verify etc. ) I did my part and waited but haven’t get any response or anything yet. Like seriously, you can’t just let people wait for 10hours to wait without any update on the case.

Увидев это приложение, и то какие, они предоставляют услуги, в случии какой либо проблемы с перелетом, вплоть до трансфера, иды жиля и т д .Я в шоке от их приложения в положительном сомо собой. Надеюсь все что, говорят в условиях выполняется, я еще это проверю. Пока что, всем советую.
