Best music reviews online

Dissect has BY FAR the best lyrical and musical analysis on the internet. It’s clear that an immense amount of work and careful analysis is put into every single episode which, in my opinion, is very rare and hard to come by. Massive respect to Cole, keep up the great work!

The Weeknd episode

Great and thorough podcast. It would be awesome if you took your time to dissect The Weeknd and the raterly huge transformation he made from the early mixtapes before becomming (maybe) the biggest popartist in the world with “Beauty Behind The Madness” and making songs with Daft Punk on “Starboy”

A Fresh Breath of Air

Like many other things in today's world, we go through music without really appreciating it. We just give it a moment notice like a tweet and then move on.
Mr. Cuchna does a spectacular job really diving into the flesh and blood of music and via a carefully balanced mix of sonic and lyrical critique he shows us, that you should always try to understand rather than undermine a piece of art.
Sublime podcast.

Brilliant and inspiring!

I stumbled uppn this podcast somehow while trying to find an album to listen to while working out. And the time at the gym flew away. I am a music nerd myself, often ”dissecting” songs and pieces og music. But this is on a whole other level! And if you, like myself, are one of those who are more into albums then singles and random songs, this show might be for you. And even if you are not a hiphop fanatic, the musical and lyrical analysis in this show might inspire you to become one. Mighty mite!
